Matt Heinz is a well-regarded political figure and physician with a strong background in both healthcare and public service. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Albion College and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Internal Medicine from Wayne State University. Heinz has served his community in various capacities, including as a State Representative at the Arizona House of Representatives, where he focused on healthcare and related policies. He has also worked as an Attending Physician at Tucson Medical Center, contributing to the well-being of patients through clinical practice. Additionally, he held the position of Director for Provider Outreach in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Currently, Heinz serves as the Supervisor for District 2 on the Pima County Supervisor Board.
