Mark Hugel is a distinguished professional with a robust background in engineering and naval operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master's in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Hugel has dedicated much of his career to the United States Navy, where he served as a Surface Warfare Officer and a Navy Engineering Duty Officer. He played a pivotal role as Deputy Commander for Logistics, Maintenance, and Industrial Operations at the Naval Sea Systems Command. After his tenure in the Navy, Hugel transitioned to the private sector, where he currently serves as Senior Vice President at CACI International, Inc.
