Mallory Ann McMorrow is an American politician and current member of the Michigan Senate, known for her role as Senate Majority Whip, a position she has held since January 1, 2023. Born in 1986, McMorrow is a dedicated member of the Democratic Party. She represents Michigan's 8th Senate district, having previously represented the 13th district from 2019 to 2023, which included the areas of Berkley, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Clawson, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, and Troy. Before venturing into politics, McMorrow pursued a career in industrial design, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Notre Dame. Her professional background includes roles such as Creative Director at Gawker Media LLC, Director of Creative Strategy at HeLo, and Contributing Design Editor at Road & Track.
