Prosecute Trump for illegal offenses before the Dec. 19 Electoral College Vote.

We respectfully call upon the appropriate Federal Authorities to thoroughly investigate the many possible illegal offenses of Donald Trump, the Trump Corporations, and the Trump Foundation before the members of the Electoral College meet to cast their final vote on Dec. 19.  The Electoral College was created by the framers of the constitution to protect against corrupt demagogues; the Electors should be given the full opportunity to vote their conscience if it is formally determined that Trump has broken the law. Throughout the campaign, allegations of Trump's illegal activities have surfaced:  tax evasion, business scams, tenant intimidation, hiring of undocumented workers, illegal trade, bribery, sexual assault,  incitement of violence, and collusion with a foreign government to influence an American election.  If Trump is guilty of crimes, he does not deserve to be our President.

Exonerate Kenneth Clair: DNA Evidence Points to Someone Else.

On November 15, 1984, 5-year-old Jerrod Hessling witnessed the beating, rape, and stabbing death of his babysitter. When asked to describe the killer, he said, without hesitation, that it was a white male. Another child present during the murder saw a white man’s tattooed arm reach inside the house to open a sliding glass door. Yet somehow, the lawyers in the case determined that Kenneth Clair, a dark-skinned African-American homeless man who had been squatting next door, was the killer. When Jerrod saw him on the witness stand and insisted they had the wrong man, the prosecution chalked it up to youth and trauma and pursued the death penalty for Kenneth Clair. To this day, 31 years later, Mr. Clair sits on San Quentin’s death row, awaiting his execution date. [UPDATE: I was recently made aware that the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals secretly overturned Mr. Clair’s death sentence and changed it to life in prison without parole. This is mixed news -- his life is spared, but he no longer has the right to an attorney under habeas corpus laws, and he has not been granted a retrial. That means the exonerating DNA evidence will NOT be seen in court. We now have to focus our energy on asking Governor Jerry Brown and California State Attorney General Kamala Harris to investigate the case and exonerate Kenneth Clair for this crime he did not commit. It is Mr. Clair’s only remaining chance for justice. ] But that’s not the biggest bombshell in this case -- in 2008, forensic testing revealed that DNA found on the murder victim did not match Clair’s. DNA taken from a glove found at the scene also did not match. It matches another individual, but the Orange County District Attorney insists that “confidentiality is required” concerning this evidence, and for 7 years now, the identity of the person whose DNA does match the swab has remained a secret. In the interest of justice, we must call on the Orange County DA and California state lawmakers to demand that the DNA evidence be turned over to Kenneth Clair’s defense. Since his conviction, Clair has struggled with ineffective counsel. He wanted his lawyers to work at investigating the crime, rather than simply trying to free him from death row, but they never did. His plea for substitute counsel even made it to the U.S. Supreme Court in 2012, and he did eventually receive a switch of counsel. Finally, he is being represented by people who are dedicated to his exoneration. But their hands are tied without this crucial DNA evidence, and more of Clair’s precious life is wasting away in prison as they fight to obtain it. Please sign my petition if you feel that the disclosure of the identity of a possible “person of interest” is something that the prosecution should not be allowed to withhold.

In light of recent evidence reported by the CIA, that the United States 2016 Presidential Election has been infiltrated and tampered with by the Russian government to elect Donald J. Trump, in collusion with the FBI, and abetted by widespread voting malfeasance and suppression, We The People of the United States demand a new vote on the 2016 Presidential election, to take place in Federal buildings, and overseen by the Federal Government.

Grant Clemency to Cheryl Howard serving life for a nonviolent drug offense.

It’s been over 23 years since I spent Thanksgiving with my mom. This year was no different. For most of my life, my mother has been behind bars, serving a life without parole sentence for a nonviolent drug offense. My mom’s name is Cheryl Howard and I am her only child; she has 3 grand children (2 girls ages 14 and 7 and 1 boy age 13). We have always had a close relationship. One of my last memories together was Halloween when I was the Cowardly Lion from The Wiz. My mother worked so hard on my costume and I was embarrassed by my curls I had as the lion but I remember everyone telling us how great my costume was.  This was one of the only childhood moments we had together. Then my mom started abusing drugs like cocaine. It changed everything. Soon she was arrested and in 1995 convicted of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, and one count of conspiracy. She was given a life sentence without the possibility of parole. I don’t want to make excuses for my mom -- she made mistakes. But I also believe that with help for her addiction she could have gotten better. Instead she was sent to prison for the rest of her life and without clemency from President Obama, she will die there. President Obama has now granted clemency to over 1,000 nonviolent drug offenders like my mom. But only 68 have been women and time is running it out. My mother has accepted full responsibility for actions and has suffered enough. I'm begging President Obama to grant her clemency.   While in prison she obtained her GED, completed Vocational Training and Tarrant Community College courses, (2) Pierpont College courses and creative writing courses. She has maintained employment through the Life Connections Program (LCP) which helps inmates learn life skills so that upon release she can be successful and equipped with job skills. After release she want to start a program called “Fed Up,” which stands for Federal Ex-offender’s Driven to their Unexpected, to help female ex-offenders with life coaching, counseling, and job placement. I hear the pain in her voice when she says how remorseful she is for the crimes she committed. Her voice has kept me on the right path in raising my own family. She is truly a changed person, prepared to contribute to her community and society if released. In January 2015 she had 3 aneurysms rupture and was placed on life support for 31 days. She has recovered but I worry everyday. That Cowardly Lion Halloween costume is symbolic because I’ve carried courage with me my entire life. For 23 years I’ve missed every precious moment most people have with their mothers. I can only guess what they feel like. I have three children she has never held as babies. I’ve even delayed my wedding in the hopes that she will be able to walk me down the aisle with my Aunt. Please sign my petition to ask President Obama to grant clemency to a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who deserves a second chance. For more information regarding my mother's case and others whom deserve Justice through clemency please visit

UN Assessment of the Integrity of the US Presidential Election 2016

We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, understand that the UN Human Rights department is opposed to Donald Trump being our president. The majority of Americans, 63 million, are also opposed to his taking office. We are also aware that there is evidence of election fraud in key states. Therefore we hereby request the United Nations to assess the integrity of our most recent election in cooperation with the US Department of Justice. Every day, the media reveals more evidence that the 2016 Presidential election was unduly influenced by several factors: the intervention of a foreign power, anti-democratic partisan actions within our borders, and an undemocratic racist campaign of violence and hate. 1. Donald Trump's campaign had significant contact with officials in the Russian government: 2. In violation of the US Constitution, FBI Director James Comey leaked confidential investigative information to the public, revealing later that he was pressured to do so by partisan influences within the FBI with the specific purpose of undermining the Democratic candidate's campaign. 3. House speaker Paul Ryan has revealed that he purposefully sabotaged President Obama's health care plan in order to influence the election. 4. Leading up to the Republican election, many Republican-led states purposefully enacted voting laws to effectively disenfranchise many voters. 5. In addition, there is a puzzling discrepancy between the results of our exit polls and the election results. There is evidence suggesting that in Wisconsin, (Outagamie County), 4 precincts have more votes for president than ballots cast. In Hortonville, more votes than regular voters. We fear that there may be many other instances of irregularities that affected the election outcome: 6. Our own government has reason to believe that Russia hacked voting machines in at least three key states: We have also petitioned the Department of Justice and the Attorney general for an audit, recount and investigation of the election. A great many of the 61 million Americans who voted for Secretary Clinton fear that domestic investigations may be compromised. We urgently request the United Nations to immediately step in to assist the US Department of Justice to investigate the election process and any undue influences on the outcome. We respectfully request that this intervention begin as soon as possible, before the deadline for the final vote count on December 13.

Barack Obama: Please grant Clemency for Charles Scott serving a 51 year sentence!

On behalf of Charles Scott, we, his family, friends and supporters humbly request that you sign this petition. We are a loving family, waiting for Charles to come home - we are serving every day of his sentence. Charles has already served over 18 years on a 51 year sentence for conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce. Prison has helped him turn his life around but now it’s time for society to give this man a chance to prove himself worthy of a second chance. In Charles words: At 20 years old I made some bad choices. I like to look at each of us as a seed. Sometimes seeds are nurtured and cultivated and placed in environments that's conducive to their growth, and sometimes seeds are tossed and left in areas that are not.  The soil is often toxic, so when the storms of life come blowing through in the form of criminal thinking, self-pride, egos, poverty, etc., the weak are tossed and carried and end up in places like prison, and sometimes, even the grave. I was one of those seeds. My roots weren't strong and when the storms of life came I couldn’t hold on. It happens. Still, when one is tossed into places where you run into other seeds whom have been nurtured and cultivated, they can lead and direct you to good soil and real light from the sun where the rays are education, vocational trades, anger management, business skill, computer tech. education, mentoring programs, etc. and now you start growing stronger and stronger roots, and now the winds and storms of life can't move you, because your deeply rooted and on solid ground.Life places us all in some difficult situations and how we choose to deal with it is up to us. Sometimes we focus so much on who is a success or failures that we miss the guys who were on the road to failure but had an ah-ha moment and found a way to turn it all around, and live to tell about it. Those are the important guys. Those are guys who know there is hope in every situation. It breaks my heart to see all those killings in Chicago, or how young these guys are coming in here daily. I have a grandson I want to influence and a daughter that needs my help. I don't just do good in prison. I teach good in prison, and that's my desire. I teach classes, mentor, and make sure others stay out of trouble. Anybody can come to jail and stay out of trouble, but how many come in and make sure others stay out of trouble, give others something to do to be constructive and find purpose? That's what we need out there, not people that will merely get out and forget where they came from, but those that can help keep trouble down and help others stay out of trouble; that's being my brother's keeper. This is what I want and that's why I pray for clemency.Thank you in advance for your support! ❤ To learn more about Charles, please visit his CAN-DO profile at:

Tell POTUS, DOJ, FBI & CONG to release info on Trump's Russian ties before electors vote!

In addition  to James Comey, I will also be sending this letter to The White House,  the Department of Justice, The United States House Oversight Subcommittee on National Security and Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. If you can think of anyone else to send it to please mention in comments.  Please sign the letter!    In light of the Oct. 7th announcement by: The Department of Homeland Security and Office of the Director of National Intelligence; on behalf of the U.S. Intelligence Community; concerning the Russian Government having compromised the e-mails of American citizens, US institutions and US political organizations; in an effort to effect the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election.  It would be in the best interest of the American public, to release any and all information involving any and all investigation(s) of President-Elect Donald Trump and the Trump campaign's ties to Vladimir Putin and the Russian Government, before the electoral college votes in December. In addition to reports of Trump's top campaign aids having ties to the Russian government, there have been recent reports of the campaign being in constant contact with members of the Russian government throughout the 2016 election process.  This information creates a serious cause for concern and may be a danger to our national secrets, a danger to the safety and security of the american people, and in the case any negotiations took place, is a blatant violation of The Logan Act.  Thank you for your time. The American People PLEASE SIGN AND SHARE!   On November 29th Democratic senators on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence sent the following letter to the President of the United States: Dear Mr. President, We believe there is additional information concerning the Russian Government and the U.S. election that should be declassified and released to the public. We are conveying specifics through classified channels.   Thank you for your attention to this important matter. Sincerely, Ron Wyden , Jack Reed, Mark R. Investigate 2016 Election Stolen by Republicans

The exit polls and the election result are so vastly different it must raise some red flags. Also the fact that many Republicans this election were voting for Hillary or Libertarian divided its base. Bush barely won when they were united. The figures simply make no sense, since there would not be enough angry white men to balance out the opposition. Polls leave generous margins of error, yet this surpassed even those.  Donald Trump accused Hillary Clinton of rigging this election claiming she had hacked computers causing Trump votes to change to Clinton and would deliver trucks full of ballots to key precincts. Obviously he lied about that, but was it to cover up what he, himself planned to do?  Please ask for all NSA video footage of key precincts in random states, such as Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Michigan and Texas to examine this possibility. Check computers for the possibility they may have changed votes.

Join the Urgent Appeal to the United Nations to Investigate Police Shootings in the US

The United States Sustainable Development Corp has made an urgent appeal to the United Nations Human Rights Council to investigate the killings of unarmed men, women and children of color in the United States. This request is to urge the Human Rights Council to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into law enforcement practices that may undermine the human rights of African and Indigenous descendants of colonialism and enslavement in the United States. Following the recent deaths of Terence Crutcher of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Keith Scott of Charlotte, North Carolina, the US based NGO submitted an appeal as a matter of extreme urgency to five UN Human Rights Special Rapporteurs and the UN Working Group of Experts on people of African Descent, which conducted an official visit to the US in 2015. “In January 2016, the 'Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent' described the violence against African and Indigenous descendants of colonialism and enslavement in the United States as an 'epidemic of racial violence by the police'”, the organization reiterated to officials. In the letter addressed to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights for the United Nations at Geneva, which is currently in session with the 33rd Human Rights Council, the group also cited the Congressional Black Caucus’ recent symbolic march to the office of US Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s to deliver a similar appeal to the Department of Justice. “In a September 2016 letter to the United States Attorney General, the United States Congressional Black Caucus formally requested that she 'aggressively pursue investigations, indictments and prosecutions through the Office of Civil Rights against any and all law enforcement officers who harm or kill innocent, unarmed black men, women and children.' The Human Rights Council can and should join in that request.” Officer Betty Shelby who shot and killed unarmed citizen Terence Crutcher as he stood beside his disabled vehicle on the side of the road was charged with manslaughter and has been released on a $50,000 bond. No one has been charged in the death of Keith Scott and protesters who are now more peaceful on day six than they were on day one are calling for the resignation of the city’s mayor and police chief for botching the investigation which has been taken over by the state of North Carolina. “African and Indigenous descendants of colonialism and enslavement from all walks of life believe that they are under siege (in the United States). Although law enforcement killed some 1200 people in 2015, only 7 resulted in a charge with a crime and none were convicted. Police charged in the deaths for Americans like Walter Scott, LaQuan McDonald and Akai Gurley are free on bond, awaiting trial. African and Indigenous descendants of colonialism and enslavement are left feeling disenfranchised and devalued in the United States,” the organization said. Since 2014, several law enforcement related deaths have been caught on camera, more recently in real time and aired live via social media by family members and by-standers that have triggered massive waves of traumatic responses from the communities of African and Indigenous descendants of colonialism and enslavement in the United States. The letter directly quoted the Human Rights Council's resolution language that described the purpose of the urgent appeal to the United Nations. “This communication is an urgent appeal about the increasing potential in a contentious climate for “time-sensitive violations that involve loss of life, life-threatening situations or imminent or on-going damage of a grave nature that require urgent intervention to cease” such occurrences.” The letter concluded with a three-point request:- “Urge the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to pay close attention to the human rights situation in the United States; Report regularly and publicly on the human rights situation in the country;- Establish a long term mechanism, such as a country specific special procedure mechanism to document the situation of human rights in the United States; assess priorities and report back periodically to the Human Rights Council;- Demand that all actors in the situation, beginning with the United States Department of Justice, ensure the protection of civilians, oversee the immediate cessation of any violations of international human rights and humanitarian law and put in place measures to prevent further violations;” The appeal was addressed directly to Victoria Lucia, Special Rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples; Ms. Rita Izsak, Special Rapporteur on minority issues; Mr. Mutuma Ruteere, Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance; Juan Ernesto Mendez, Special Rapporteur on torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; Pablo De Greiff, Special Rapporteur on the promotion of truth, justice, reparation & guarantees of non-recurrence; and members of the Working Group of Experts on people of African Descent, Mireille Fanon-Mendez, Sabelo Gumedze, Michal Balcerzak, Ricardo III Sunga and Ahmed Reid. Others alerted were the US Department of Justice, the White House, the Congressional Black Caucus, the Ambassador of the United States to the United Nations Human Rights Council and the office of Multi-Lateral and Global Affairs/Democracy Human Rights and Labor. If you are wondering what you can do to let the world know how concerned you are about the recent killings of unarmed people of color in the United States, join this urgent appeal.

Provide more resources to law enforcement to stop illegal dog fighting

Why is dog fighting an issue? Dog fighting is a big problem. It is a form of animal abuse. For a pay it forward project I chose dog fighting as my topic. I want to stop dog fighting because it's inhumane, cruel, and selfish. Dogs should be loved. Dog fighting is for people's entertainment only. It's not fair for each dog to be abused in the way that they are.  Dog fighting is illegal in all 50 states, but it still happens because the people who can help stop this issue such as police and other organizations that investigate dog fighting (e.g. The Human Society) lack sufficient resources. The reason is because these groups often don't have enough money/support to help make investigations, busts and rescues. Investigations by themselves are very expensive, which is why organizations are having harder times making investigations.  When owners don’t want their dogs anymore they will usually leave them in the streets or kill them. This is a problem because dogs can get rabies and hurt people and other animals. Dogs that are left can also breed, and that is a problem because there are too many dogs on the streets. There's already an overpopulated amount of dogs in the United States, with the total number of dogs in the country in excess of 73 million.
