London Nicole Breed is an American politician and the 45th mayor of San Francisco, serving since 2018. A dedicated member of the Democratic Party, she previously served as a supervisor for District 5 and was president of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors from 2015 to 2018. Breed holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Public Service from the University of California, Davis. Her career includes roles such as Executive Director at the African American Art & Culture Complex, San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Commissioner, and San Francisco Fire Commissioner. Breed is known for her commitment to public service and her leadership in San Francisco’s political landscape.
