Linda Carter is a dedicated public servant with a robust educational background and extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Master's in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Currently serving as an Assemblywoman for District 22 in the New Jersey State General Assembly, Linda has also been a Commissioner at the Middlesex County Utilities Authority. Her career includes roles such as Portfolio Asset Manager and Access Management of the CFO Division at AT&T, demonstrating her strong business acumen. Additionally, she has served as a City Councilmember in Plainfield and as Board Chairwoman at the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders. Linda also has experience as a Business Education Teacher at the Passaic Board of Education and is a member of the New Jersey Board of Realtors.
