Lashrecse D. Aird is a dedicated public servant and accomplished professional with a strong background in communication and public administration. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Virginia State University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Aird has held significant roles in academia and government, including serving as Assistant to the President and Assistant Director of Development at Richard Bland College of William & Mary. Her leadership extended to her role as Chief of Staff at both Richard Bland College and for Virginia Delegate Rosalyn Dance. Aird represented District 63 as a Delegate in the Virginia House of Delegates, where she focused on advancing policies for her constituents.
