Kim Hammer is an American politician and clergyman known for his service in the Arkansas state legislature and his work as a Missionary Baptist preacher. A dedicated member of the Republican Party, Hammer has been active in politics for over a decade. He served as a state representative for Arkansas’s 28th District from 2011 to 2019, before being elected to the Arkansas State Senate, representing the 16th District from 2019 onward. In addition to his legislative duties, Hammer engages with the public through a weekly conservative talk radio show.
