Kenneth "Ken" E. Yager is an esteemed American politician and a dedicated member of the Republican Party. He currently serves as a State Senator in the Tennessee General Assembly, representing District 12. His tenure began in 2008, and he holds the influential position of Senate Republican Caucus Chairman. District 12 encompasses Campbell, Clay, Fentress, Macon, Morgan, Overton, Pickett, Roane, and Scott counties. Yager's educational background is extensive; he earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis and both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of Tennessee. Before his current role, he served as Roane County Attorney, was an Assistant Professor at Roane State Community College, and taught at Harriman City Schools. His leadership and dedication continue to positively impact his constituents.
