Julie Asmus is a dedicated public servant and educator with a strong background in criminal justice and law enforcement. She earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Willmar Community College and subsequently completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement from St. Cloud State University. Julie has contributed significantly to her community through her role as a Sergeant at the Willmar Police Department, where she gained extensive experience in law enforcement. In addition to her law enforcement career, she has served on the City Council for the City of Willmar, demonstrating her commitment to civic leadership. Julie also shares her knowledge as an Adjunct Instructor at Ridgewater College, helping to educate and inspire the next generation of criminal justice professionals.
