John Patrick Joyce is an American dermatologist and politician currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 13th congressional district, a position he has held since 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Joyce has dedicated his career to both medicine and public service. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he graduated from Bishop Guilfoyle High School before earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Pennsylvania State University. He went on to receive his MD from Temple University. Professionally, Joyce completed a residency at Johns Hopkins and worked as a physician in private practice. He was also a member of Altoona Dermatology Associates before entering politics. His commitment to his constituents is reflected in his ongoing legislative work in the U.S. House of Representatives.
