J.D. Mesnard is a prominent political figure in Arizona, known for his extensive experience in both legislative roles and academia. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Arizona State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's in Public Administration from DeVry University. Mesnard has served as a Representative for District 17 and as a Senator for District 13 in the Arizona State Legislature.
