Holly T. Bird is a trustee on the Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) Board of Education, appointed in January 2023 with a term expiring in December 2026. She is also a Co-Executive Director at Title Track, a Michigan nonprofit focused on clean water, racial equity, and youth empowerment. Holly Bird has extensive experience in education and community service. She has worked with the Chicago Public Schools Board of Education and served as a guardian ad litem for children. Bird is an attorney and has served as a judge. She teaches criminal justice classes for the University of Phoenix. Her diverse background in education, law, and community activism positions her to contribute significantly to the TCAPS Board of Education.
