Her career spans various roles, including serving as a Council Member in Fort Worth, where she has been actively involved in local governance and community development. Before her tenure in public office, Bivens gained extensive experience in the media industry as a Bureau Chief at FOX Television Stations Inc., KDFW. Additionally, she honed her skills in corporate communications, working as an Area Manager and Senior Communications Representative at TXU Electric and Gas, and as an Area Manager and Spokesperson at Oncor Electric Delivery.
