Gobierno del Estado de Oaxaca

Gobierno del Estado de Oaxaca, or the Government of the State of Oaxaca, is the political entity in charge of the administration of the Mexican state of Oaxaca. It is split into three powers: the executive power, held by the Governor; the legislative power, exercised by the local Congress; and the judicial power, which is assumed by the Superior Court of Justice. The state government aims to create policies and initiatives for the economic development, social welfare, and environmental sustainability of Oaxaca, while also maintaining the rich cultural diversity and traditions of its Indigenous communities.
