Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı, also known as the Revenue Administration, is a government agency in Turkey. As part of the Turkish Ministry of Finance and Treasury, the administration is responsible for formulating and implementing tax policy key to the country's income. Its broad array of tasks encompass the collection of direct and indirect taxes, conducting tax audits, supervising taxpayers' responsibilities, and preventing tax evasion.
