Emily has held key roles in several prominent organizations, including serving as a Development Associate for Children's Miracle Network Programs at Children's Hospital Boston and as a Philanthropy Officer in the Western Region for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Her career also includes a position as a Major Gift Officer at Wellesley College. Emily currently serves as a State Senator for Washington's 26th District, where she brings her diverse experiences and commitment to community service to her legislative work.
