Douglas Horace Clemens is an American former professional baseball outfielder, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1960 to 1968. He was associated with teams such as the Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies, and St. Louis Cardinals. Standing 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds, Clemens batted left-handed and threw right-handed. Beyond his sports career, Clemens pursued academic qualifications, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, and Economic Studies from the University of Missouri - Columbia, after graduating from Pattonville Senior High School. He has held various roles, including State Representative for District 72 in the Missouri State House of Representatives and management positions at several hospitality and service organizations. Clemens has also been an Independent Management Consultant.
