Didier Lallement is a renowned French chef known for mastering classic French cuisine. Born in 1966, Lallement's culinary journey began in his family's own restaurant where he developed his love for cooking. He sharpened his skills by working with famous chefs, such as Roger Vergé and Michel Guérard. Lallement eventually earned his Michelin stars while working in Paris and later moved to Champagne region where he currently directs the kitchen at L’Assiette Champenoise.
