In her career, Deborah has served as a Councilmember for District 5 in St. Petersburg City, where she worked on local governance and community issues. She has also been the Executive Director of Childs Park at the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg, demonstrating her commitment to community service. Additionally, she is the President and Owner/Business Manager of Personal Agenda LLC and Personal Agenda/Power Broker, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit.
