Dawn Gile is an American politician and attorney currently serving as a member of the Maryland State Senate representing District 33, which encompasses parts of Anne Arundel County. She was born on January 1, 1980, in Dubuque, Iowa, and graduated from Rockford University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in French. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006. Gile moved to Maryland in 2007 and has since built a career as an attorney and nonprofit leader, particularly advocating for military families and veterans.
