Daniel Benson is a prominent American politician and public figure known for his comprehensive experience in science, technology, and government. Benson earned a Master's degree in Science and Technology Policy from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Government from Georgetown University, showcasing a strong academic background. His career highlights include strategic roles such as Research Project Manager at Rutgers Center for Energy, Economic & Environmental Policy and Graduate Assistant at the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, Rutgers University. Benson also served as Manager of Government and Public Affairs at the New Jersey Utilities Association and Senior Project Manager at Telcordia Technologies. He was a Councilmember for the Township of Hamilton and currently serves as an Assembly Member for District 14 in the New Jersey State General Assembly, where he holds the position of Deputy Speaker.
