CHED

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is an attached agency to the Office of the President for administrative purposes in the Philippines. It is primarily responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies, plans, and programs for the improvement and expansion of higher education in the country. CHED is tasked with supervising both public and private higher educational institutions as well as degree-granting programs in all post-secondary educational institutions to ensure the quality and relevance of education in the Philippines.
