Charlie Miranda is a seasoned public figure with a robust background in public service and business management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Tampa and an Associate's degree from Hillsborough Community College, having completed his high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School. Miranda has served in various capacities within the Tampa City Council, including as Councilmember for District 2 At-Large and Chair Pro Tem. His extensive experience also includes roles in the restaurant industry, where he worked as a managing partner at Café Pepe, Inc., and as a comptroller at Seawolf, Inc. Additionally, he has held a position in operations at Charles Miranda Racing, Inc., and served as a general manager in finance at James Talcott, Inc.
