Charles Anthony Owen, commonly known as Chuck Owen, is a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, representing District 30 since January 13, 2020. His district includes portions of Beauregard and Vernon Parishes. He was re-elected in 2023 with 85.2% of the vote in the primary election, and his current term ends on January 10, 2028
