Charlane Oliver is a seasoned public figure with a strong background in communication, public administration, and community advocacy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee. Charlane is the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of The Equity Alliance, an organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities. Her professional experience includes roles as a PR Strategist at CharPRo and Owner at OEM Consulting Group LLC. She has also served as the Director of Communication at Williamson, Inc. and worked as a Community Liaison and Communications Staff member for Representative Jim Cooper, where she honed her skills in legislative communication and community engagement.
