Celeste Maloy is a dedicated public servant with a strong background in law and public policy. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Southern Utah University. Maloy has served as a Congressmember for Utah's 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her extensive legal experience includes roles as Counsel in Congressman Chris Stewart's office and as a Public Lands Attorney for the Utah Association of Counties. She has also worked as a Staff Attorney at the Washington County Water Conservancy District and served as Deputy County Attorney at the Washington County Attorney's Office.
