Cecelia González is a dedicated public servant and politician known for her role as the Assemblymember for District 16 in the Nevada State Assembly. She has a strong academic background, earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Multicultural Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Social/Behavioral IRB from the CITI Program. Before her tenure in the state assembly, González gained valuable experience in political organizing as a Field Organizer for Warren for President and as a Canvas Coordinator for For Our Future. Her educational and professional experiences reflect her commitment to social justice, education, and community advocacy.
