Her career includes significant roles such as Program Coordinator and Lead Program Specialist IV at Workforce Solutions Borderplex, where she contributed to advancing workforce initiatives. She also served as Deputy Director at Dynamic Workforce Solutions for Workforce Solutions Borderplex, showcasing her leadership in workforce solutions. Cassandra is actively engaged in her community, having served as President of the Rosedale Neighborhood Association. Her commitment to public service is further highlighted by her role as a City Council Member for the City of El Paso.
