Bryan Terry is an American doctor and politician serving as a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing the 48th district in eastern Murfreesboro since 2015. He is notable for being the only Native American in the chamber. Dr. Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Oklahoma College of Medicine. His career includes roles such as State Representative for District 48, Property Manager at I-35 Insurance Pool, and Chairman of the Health Subcommittee at the 110th Tennessee General Assembly. Additionally, he is an Affiliated Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and the owner and operator of a small business.
