Bloomington City Council

The Bloomington City Council is the legislative body responsible for overseeing the government of Bloomington, Indiana. It comprises nine members, elected to four-year terms, who represent members of the community through six districts and three at-large seats. The council is tasked with a wide range of duties, such as passing ordinances, adopting the budget, appointing committees, and overseeing the performance of city agencies.
