Blanca Rubio is a dedicated public servant with a strong background in both education and politics. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Education, both from Azusa Pacific University, as well as an Associate's degree from East Los Angeles College. Her career in public service began with education, where she worked as a teacher at Baldwin Park Unified School District. She later served as a board member for both the Baldwin Park Unified School District and the Valley County Water Board. Currently, she represents District 48 in the California State Assembly, where she continues to advocate for her community. Blanca Rubio's diverse experience and educational background contribute to her effective leadership and commitment to public service.
