William Blaine Luetkemeyer is an American politician, business executive, banker, and cattle rancher. He has served as the U.S. Representative for Missouri's 3rd congressional district since 2013, after representing Missouri's 9th district from 2009 to 2013. A dedicated member of the Republican Party, Luetkemeyer previously served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1999 to 2005. He has announced he will not seek reelection in 2024. Luetkemeyer holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lincoln University. His diverse career includes experience as a State Representative, a U.S. Representative, and a farm owner.
