He then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida. Furthering his academic pursuits, Partington earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola University. His professional career includes serving as an Assistant Public Defender and Division Chief in the Seventh Judicial Circuit. Dedicated to his community, Partington also held significant roles in local governance, serving as the Mayor of Ormond Beach and as a City Commissioner. His commitment to public service reflects his dedication to improving the lives of his constituents.
