Betty Louise McCollum is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Minnesota's 4th congressional district since 2001. A member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, McCollum's district is centered around St. Paul, Minnesota. She is notable for being the second woman elected to Congress from Minnesota and became the dean of Minnesota's congressional delegation in 2021.
