Antalya Büyükşehir Belediyesi is the metropolitan municipal government for the province of Antalya in southern Turkey. The administrative body has immense responsibilities which include urban planning, transportation, water and waste management, and more, aimed towards enhancing inhabitant's quality of life. Governed under the Turkish Municipal Code, Antalya Büyükşehir Belediyesi has a critical role in developing the province's infrastructure, managing public services and facilitating cultural and social activities to ensure the prosperity and social wellbeing of the city as well as the overall Antalya province.
