Минпромторг России, also known as the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, is a federal executive body responsible for drafting and implementing government policy and legal regulations in the industrial and defense-industrial complex, military-technical cooperation, foreign trade activity (including within the framework of the tariff quotas), state reserves, state strategic reserves, and ensuring the uniformity of measurements. The Ministry works in partnerships with the defense industry, civil industries, consumer goods industry, and light and textile industry to ensure a balance of trade and economic growth within Russia.
