You're right, Gaga... like you said during the Mayhem release at the little monster press conference, "...I'm not going to take all my demos that I specifically left off the record and just chuck them on an album and put the number 2 on it... it's not gonna happen like that". ARTPOP Act ll should definitely be reactionary to everything that happened during that era. Respond through the music, with something unheard and explosive again. The community needs this.
