この度、機動都市に関する署名活動への賛同者数が
1,000人を突破しました。

ここまで多くの方に署名という形で思いを託していただけたこと、
まずは心から感謝いたします。
一人ひとりの行動が積み重なった結果であり、この数字は決して当たり前のものではありません。

本活動は、署名を集めれば必ず復活が実現する、といった性質のものではありません。
私自身も、署名によってすぐに何かが大きく動くとは考えていません。
それでも、この活動を通じて
「機動都市をもう一度遊びたいと考えている人が、今も確かに存在している」
という声を、目に見える形として示すことには意味があると考えています。

過去には、ユーザーの声がきっかけとなり、
続編の制作や内容を変えた再展開、運営体制の変更などを通じて、
結果的に実質的な復活につながった例も存在します。
もちろん、すべてが同じ結果になるわけではありませんが、
何も行動を起こさなければ、その可能性すら生まれません。

今回、1,000人という節目を迎えられたことは、
この作品を今も大切に思い、忘れていない人がそれだけいるという事実を示しています。
それ自体が、この活動にとって大きな意味を持つものだと感じています。

また、SMC Revivalの皆さまをはじめ、
別の形で機動都市の復活を目指して活動されている方々が、
本署名活動にも賛同し、参加してくださっていることに、深く感謝いたします。
同じ作品を大切に思う気持ちが、こうして立場や方法を超えて共有されていることを、
とても心強く感じています。

改めて、署名や応援、拡散など、さまざまな形で関わってくださった皆さまに感謝いたします。
今後も、無理のない形で活動を続けていく予定ですので、
引き続き見守っていただければ幸いです。

最後にお願いがあります。
署名の水増しなどの不正行為や、特定の個人・団体に対する誹謗中傷、
過度な対立を煽る行為はお控えください。
こうした行為は、署名の信頼性を損なうだけでなく、
活動そのものの継続にも悪影響を及ぼす可能性があります。

I am pleased to announce that the number of supporters for this petition related to Super Mecha Champions has surpassed
1,000.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has signed and supported this effort.
Each signature represents an individual voice, and reaching this milestone is not something to be taken for granted.

This petition does not guarantee a revival, nor do I believe that collecting signatures alone will immediately lead to concrete results.
However, I believe there is value in clearly showing that there are still many people who wish to play Super Mecha Champions again.

In the past, accumulated player feedback has led to sequels, reworks, or changes in management, resulting in what could be considered a practical revival.
While the same outcome is not guaranteed here, taking no action would leave no possibility at all.

Reaching 1,000 supporters demonstrates that this game is still remembered and valued by many.
That fact alone gives this activity meaningful significance.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to members of SMC Revival and others who are pursuing the revival of Super Mecha Champions in different ways, and who have also chosen to support this petition.
It is encouraging to see this shared passion reflected across different initiatives.
