I am writing a letter, and encourage you to do so as well, to Ken Kalinowski in opposition to discount fees for Etchstone Developers to ruin Birch Drive woods. 12/12/2016 Kenneth Kalinowski Town of Pepperell Depart of Public Works Town Hall One Main Street Pepperell, Ma 01463 Dear Mr. Kalinowski I am writing to you to express my objection to offering Etchstone Development a 50% plus discount on “hook up” fees for their proposed project on Birch Drive. On May 6th 2016 at the Pepperell Selectman’s office Etchstone indicated that the Dept of Public Works gave some “approval” for a discount on said fees. Our family, as tax payers in Pepperell since 1998, have never received a discount on any town service fees that we have been charged and we would appreciate it if you do not offer anything to Etchstone. They should be paying full fees just like any other customer. Thank you for your support on this issue. Sincerely,
