This is the same site as for the QT application. The Board of Commissioners approved the Zoning to NRC for Neighborhood Retail and Office use
subject to the following:
Prohibited Uses
Convenience store with fuel sales
automotive uses
Contractor as a Special Exception
no outdoor storage
no heavy equipment
no massage parlors
(a few other limited uses)
Hours of operation 6 am to 11 pm 7 days a week
Canton Road driveway to be limited to Right in Right out and Left in .Left out northbound
turns are prohibited.
