Planning Commission recommends NRC but no Convenience store w fuel sales

The Planning Commission motion on Z-26 was to rezone from GC to NRC for retail and office, . Excluded uses : Convenience Store with fuel sales, automotive uses and a few additional uses, hours of operation 6 am to 11 pm 7 days a week.  It was recommended for approval 5-0

The Board of Commissioners will hear the zoning on Tuesday July 16 at 9 am.
