Hey ladies & gentlemen,
Results for the SEGA AGES Twitter survey we discussed last week have been announced at TGS2018.
And they are pretty cool fur us:
- Panzer Dragoon Saga aka Azel Panzer Dragoon RPG is TOP3
- The Panzer Dragoon series as a whole is TOP6
And I think this is a very useful indication for SEGA and for us.
They can consolidate data and who knows, maybe Panzer Dragoon combined results give us a TOP2.
It remains to be seen what SEGA will do with this list but it would be weird not to do anything with Panzer Dragoon given the series made it twice in their TOP10 !
Also the more I think about it, the more I think Panzer Dragoon Orta could also be a great fit and an acceptable deal for Microsoft/SEGA/Nintendo.
Yes Orta was an original Xbox exclusive BUT given how few people know about Panzer Dragoon Orta, I am sure having Orta on Switch would help Orta to sell more on Xbox:
Imagine:
> "You can play Panzer Dragoon Orta wherever you want on Switch 720p"
> "AND you can play Panzer Dragoon Orta in 4K 60FPS on X1X for $10"
It would only bring more awareness on the series and Xbox would also benefit from this to a certain degree.
