In Genos, you can add effects to each voice channel that makes the song be effectful and realistic just like in real life. e.g., you can make this guitar that sound like this, into like that, rock concert from home!!!
Genos has alot of effects! you can apply to all 24 channels!!! from your mic voice, style, to even songs!!! wow!!! this allows you to make MIDI that sounds toy, into actual Billboard EDM Live Stage Concert but you still follow Health Protocol because it's in front of you and it's from home. yay!
hmmm, perhaps this is why Genos is so expensive, right? well, let me tell you, having this feature is expensive. idk how did Yamaha achieved this, either with software or somekind of Hardware IC complicated processes, eitherway, that's technologic.

So yeah, in conclusion, I believe that effect sophistication is a contributing factor for such overhigh price on Genos. Yeah, if S-YXG2021 is going to be here, I just hope and expect that everything will stay the same just like the hardware Genos. but of course, since it's minus the hardware for it this VSTi, it has to be cheaper.
