I have big news to share. Several days ago Dustin contracted COVID-19, which has made him very ill. His legal team pursued a stay of execution, saying that killing Dustin while he suffers from COVID would be cruel and unusual punishment. And it worked! Dustin’s execution date has been delayed.

This is huge – but we can’t celebrate yet. Prosecutors are currently appealing the stay, and could very well be successful in vacating it. And then Dustin would be executed on Martin Luther King Day, as originally planned.

We have to keep up the pressure. Dustin’s family needs our help raising funds for the campaign and their legal fees. Please donate what you can.

If we can get Dustin’s execution delayed until after President Biden’s inauguration, just 6 days, his chances at being spared increase enormously.
