BREAKING UPDATE: Chazz’s Racial Justice Act Petition Filed! 🚨 

Chazz’s attorneys have officially filed his Racial Justice Act habeas corpus petition in Orange County Superior Court (Case No. 15NF1178). The court now has 60 days to rule on this petition. 

If the court determines that the petition states a  Prima Facie case, it could either: 
⚖️ Grant the habeas immediately OR 
⚖️ Order an Evidentiary Hearing—which we believe is unnecessary because all the facts, including trial transcripts and declarations, are attached as Exhibits.
