Some of the Civic Campus project requirements are... - Woodinville must spend at least $4 million from our reserves, - Woodinville must contribute the land and buildings, - Woodinville must grant the Apartment Developer an 8 year multi-family property tax exemption, - Apartment Developer must include some kind of rec center (not a public rec center). This seems to be very much in the best interest of the Apartment Developer. Do you feel this project is in Woodinville's best interest?
