Manjimup Shire has introduced Cat Local Laws acknowledging the ongoing nuisance and danger of allowing cats to roam. New cat-free zones and powers to investigate and fine cat owners if residents complain are a step in the right direction. Let’s see these measures adopted by the rest of WA.
