Hi everybody

I am proud to announce that Amna Aljuaid is free! For those who are not aware of who she is, Amna was trending on media outlets when her story of the abuse that was inflicted by her family went Viral. She was later on arrrested for the leak of the videos and her father was pushing for her prison sentence to be extended. Amna was in Dar Al reaya (a womens shelter disguised as a prison system) for more than a year and now she is finally free!

Due to the sensitivity of her case I will not publish her current whereabouts and how she was released but I just want to take the time to thank you all for the support and the love that you are showing to Saudi Women like her. It truly shows that you don't have to be influential in the public sphere in order to make an impactful difference. All it takes is time, dedication, preparation and patience, so thank you!

I also want to announce that I am officially the Chapter Leader of our First Womens March Global in Johannesburg, South Africa. That means I will be also dealing with the affairs of Gender Based Violence that have been affecting South African Women immensely. It will be TONS of work especially having to deal with 2 countries on a seperate basis AND having to handle university as well, However, I will manage as always!
