Letter to Health Canada and Government Agencies.

July 1st 2016. Health Canada info@hc-sc.gc.ca The Honourable Jane Phipott MP. RE: Illegal Pesticide Spraying resulting in near death of my son. On May 1st 2016 our son Shawn Wesman suffered a “ Severe Upper Respiratory Allergic Reaction” to an Illegal commercial application of cosmetic lawn pesticides. This illegal Pesticide Spraying has been ongoing since May 2nd 2012. PLEASE NOTE: Out of respect for these people's identities all names and major details will be sent under separate cover as the OfficIal Statement that has been sent to the R.C.M.P. - Cranbrook B.C. At approximately 4:oo pm on May 2nd 2012 ( Quad Owner Man) while using his commercial pesticide sprayer attached to his quad sprayed seven large residential lots. Quad Man trespassed onto my property and boulevard and sprayed his toxic chemicals. Directly on the other side of the fence were my 3 year old twin boys, my five year old son and my then 21 year old daughter. ( Please see Official Statement sent to the R.C.M.P and case file and detective assigned). The spraying in 2016 caused the near death of my son. Given the seriousness of this matter and continuing revelations to the damage that has been caused by these pesticides we have the following questions. 1. Evidence suggests that the initial spraying and subsequent yearly dosing of these chemicals have now caused “Multiple Chemical Sensitivities” in my sons – especially Shawn. Who is responsible now for his extra medical costs and needs? 2. As stated in our official testimony to the R.C.M.P. Our neighbors have dismissed our concerns over the years and even resorted to name calling and condemnation. Their negligence is supported by their ignorance. Therefore: How can we put an immediate moratorium on this illegal spraying and have the existing laws enforced? 3. What testing mechanism is set up for systemic poisoning from- A. 2-4D (KILLEX) B. GLYPHOSATE( ROUND -UP) 4. How can we get our family, well water, soil and surrounding area tested? Thank-you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Shelley and Robin Wesman.
